NYCJW is proud to present One For the Future, an initiative created to recognize emerging talent across all fields in the jewelry industry.

Mentorship remains a powerful force in a craft tradition. In that spirit, NYCJW annually selects 10-12 honorees and affords them formative opportunities to gain advice, inspiration, and confidence through mentorship from experienced jewelers, designers, curators, and philanthropists aimed at jump starting their career.
